Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in a vehicle inspection center, overseeing vehicle movement, production goals, and quality standards. You'll train and develop team members while ensuring adherence to safety and process policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Ability to work overtime and variable schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement into/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production goals
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize rework
