• Execute store operations including opening, closing, inventory, and merchandising
• Drive performance through sales tracking and team development
• Lead sales strategy: manage pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals
• Deliver personalized diamond consultations and follow-ups

📋 Requirements

• Diamond expertise required; Certified Gemologist preferred
• 4+ years management in luxury retail with strong sales track record
• Tech-savvy: Shopify POS, CRM, GSuite, scheduling, video conferencing
• Weekend availability required
