In this role, you will lead strategy, delivery, and collaboration for AI-powered solutions that empower teams to work smarter and more creatively. You'll manage enterprise AI tool rollouts, drive responsible governance, and shape the future of work through ethical AI adoption at KEEN.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years in Product or Program Management, preferably managing enterprise productivity or AI-driven tools
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, responsible AI practices, and emerging trends
• Skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives and change management
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Transform successful AI pilots into scalable enterprise solutions
• Manage rollouts of enterprise AI tools with onboarding, training, and communications
• Co-design learning experiences including prompt libraries and workflow templates
• Operate AI governance process: risk assessments, usage policies, human-in-the-loop controls
• Lead vision and roadmap for internal AI tools, balancing usability, governance, and impact
