You'll join the insurance team at Alan, a health partner building a vertically integrated system of insurance and care. Your core impact is monitoring business risks, defining pricing strategies, and collaborating with teams to deliver the best member experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor insurance business performance and risks
• Define pricing and repricing strategies for products
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to equip them with tools
• Analyze portfolio profitability and suggest action points

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in health insurance
• Fluent in English
• Quantitative background in statistics or actuarial sciences
• Ability to synthesize technical, data, business, and legal insurance questions
