You'll own and evolve the AWS infrastructure for a financial and hospitality technology platform, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. You'll design deployment pipelines, lead incident response, and drive infrastructure migrations that set the standard for operational excellence. This hands-on role offers real ownership in a growing team where your decisions directly shape platform evolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and managed services
• Design and maintain deployment pipelines that are safe, repeatable, and observable
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for infrastructure-level failures
• Build and maintain observability across infrastructure and services (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting)

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience building and operating production infrastructure in cloud environments
• Deep experience with AWS core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, ElastiCache, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Proven experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance

• Experience operating infrastructure for financial systems or high-reliability domains
• Experience scaling infrastructure through periods of rapid growth
• Comfort working with a Rails-based application stack while remaining tool-agnostic
