💼 About This Role

You'll architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments, driving advanced automation and self-service tooling. You'll lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, and AWS in an enterprise ecosystem. This role leverages AI tools to enhance development workflows and pioneer new approaches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve global CI/CD framework for Salesforce deployments.
• Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS.
• Provide deep technical support for releases and incident response.
• Act as technical liaison for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development or DevOps.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise release management (Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Architectural ownership of complex automation tooling and integration strategies across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato.
• Experience with version control (GitHub) and at least one development language (Python or Java).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite, Workato, RevPro.
• Experience leading high-risk migration projects (DocuSign/namespace changes).
• Experience with performance testing, logging/monitoring (Datadog/Splunk), and data masking.
