💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the APAC Customer Success organization, owning post-sales revenue outcomes and driving 130%+ Net Revenue Retention across Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and future markets. You'll establish scalable processes for onboarding, renewals, and expansion, while managing a team of CSMs and partnering cross-functionally. This is a builder role where you'll define how Speak for Business scales globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and lead APAC Customer Success team across Korea, Japan, Taiwan
  • Own post-sales revenue outcomes including NRR and expansion targets
  • Drive expansion revenue by coaching team on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Design and implement scalable processes for onboarding, renewals, QBRs

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years in leadership role managing CSMs or Account Managers
  • Proven track record owning revenue metrics like NRR and gross retention
  • Deep understanding of APAC business culture, especially Korea, Japan, Taiwan

  • EdTech or education industry experience in APAC
  • Experience managing distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Background in partner/channel management and change management
