Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you'll provide rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans and applying innovative techniques to help them achieve their goals. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, educating clients and families while delivering compassionate, high-quality care that allows clients to remain at home.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA or CAAHEP
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements such as mobility, range of motion, balance, and strength
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, and balance interventions
• Implement wound prevention and repair interventions using evidence-based dressings
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care for health and independent living
• Accurately document patient care observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records
