Description

You will provide legal counsel on procurement, EPC, and operations & maintenance matters for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects at Clearway Energy. You'll draft and negotiate key agreements and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• JD from prominent law school and active bar license
• 7+ years relevant experience at law firm or in-house
• Experience with construction/procurement/O&M in utility-scale renewables
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on procurement, EPC, and O&M matters
• Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, turbine/module supply agreements
• Advise on legal issues for operating projects
• Supervise outside counsel as necessary
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contracting processes
