💼 About This Role

You'll design core exchange and clearing systems including matching engines and risk systems at a US CFTC-regulated crypto derivatives exchange. You'll own services end-to-end in a high-correctness, low-latency Haskell environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own core services across exchange and clearing stack
• Build matching engines, order lifecycle, and margin systems
• Develop position netting, settlement, and collateral flows
• Ensure low-latency, high-correctness under regulatory constraints

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering in compiled statically typed language (Haskell, Java, C++, Scala, OCaml, Rust)
• Comfort with concurrent and multithreaded systems
• Experience with Linux debugging, profiling, and deployment
• Clear technical communication in design documents

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FIX or binary market protocols
• Experience with matching engine or OMS internals
• Knowledge of real-time risk and margin systems
