💼 About This Role

You'll support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring the FCM office complies with NFA and CFTC regulations. Your work will directly impact regulatory response, customer activity monitoring, and policy governance. This role offers a remote-first environment and exposure to capital markets regulation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CCO in governance and implementation of policies and procedures
• Respond to NFA, CFTC, and exchange regulatory requests and exams
• Conduct surveillance of potential trading rule violations
• Assist with surveillance system alert rules implementation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• 3+ years in Compliance in financial services
• Knowledge of trade surveillance systems
• Project management and independent work skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AML/KYC processes
• Familiarity with NFA and CFTC regulations
• Knowledge of futures commission merchant operations
