• Provide 1:1 coaching via virtual sessions using Mento platform
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities
• Communicate with members via email or app between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights with the community

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years leading technical research teams
• Director/VP level engineering leader
• Expertise in theoretical and applied AI/ML
• PhD or equivalent research credentials preferred
