💼 About This Role

You'll handle inbound calls to sell homeowners insurance to warm leads, closing policies without cold prospecting. This role is high-earning with uncapped commissions and $91.5K+ OTE. You'll be part of a remote-first culture with strong growth and recognition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative sales techniques.
• Communicate value of insurance products and address customer questions.
• Follow up on qualified leads to move customers through the sales funnel.
• Partner with underwriters and customer service for smooth policy issuance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Active P&C license in your current state of residence.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.
