You'll partner with the Head of Growth to shape strategy and drive execution across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels. You'll build processes, dashboards, and systems to improve velocity and accountability, while managing cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Data, Engineering, and more.

Responsibilities

• Shape growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and define strategic direction
• Build growth-led business cases, forecast scenarios, and measure impact
• Own growth operations: build processes, dashboards, and AI-driven systems
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and coordinate go-to-market processes
