You'll source and recruit Staff, Principal, and Senior Engineers for an engineering-first AI startup. You'll shape inclusive, data-driven hiring processes, and act as a key ambassador for our employer brand.

• Source engineers via outbound campaigns and events
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from phone screen to offer
• Drive inclusive, AI-augmented hiring processes
• Shape employer brand and market to engineering talent

📋 Requirements

• Track record hiring Staff, Principal, and Senior Engineers at early-stage companies
• Demonstrated empathy to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with data-driven experimentation to improve recruiting processes
• Technical fluency to understand skill sets like Kubernetes and React
