Description

You will serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Naples, helping them stay connected, communicate clearly, and safely participate in everyday life through in-home speech therapy services.

Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (CCC SLP) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards
