Description

You will lead installation, reconfiguration, removal, and maintenance of Carrier Central Office equipment, following Telco standards and supervising team members. This role is critical for ensuring precise project completion and involves working with transmission, power, fiber, and alarm systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of installation experience or equivalent training.
• High school diploma required; technical school or telecom installation experience preferred.
• Proficient in laptop computer skills and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation tasks per Telco Standard TP76300 and supervise team members.
• Install AC/DC power systems, fiber systems, central office infrastructure, and alarm systems.
• Lead installation projects with equipment from Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Nortel, Nokia, DELL, and Juniper.
• Perform system testing, turn-up, and integration.
• Conduct quality audits and generate MOPs, work schedules, and project reports.
