💼 About This Role
You'll join Perk's Customer Care team to resolve inquiries and provide insightful support for customers across Europe. You'll have real impact on customer experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with accurate information
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases
- Own tracking and resolution of recorded incidents or bugs
📋 Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Background in finance or accounting is a strong plus
- Operational experience with high-turnover customer inquiries

- Additional languages are a plus
- Experience with SaaS tools
