You'll act as the technical bridge between product potential and customers' reality, driving product adoption through expert demos. You'll own the technical relationship and maintain a reputation for world-class responsiveness.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations for existing customers
  • Act as primary technical contact for customer inquiries and tickets
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address issues
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on technical success roadmaps

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or AWS
  • Experience with vulnerability management platforms (Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7)
  • Proven ability to lead live demos and webinars

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Cybersecurity, CTEM, or Enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
