You'll act as the technical bridge between product potential and customers' reality, driving product adoption through expert demos. You'll own the technical relationship and maintain a reputation for world-class responsiveness.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations for existing customers
- Act as primary technical contact for customer inquiries and tickets
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively address issues
- Collaborate with Account Managers on technical success roadmaps
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or AWS
- Experience with vulnerability management platforms (Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7)
- Proven ability to lead live demos and webinars
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in Cybersecurity, CTEM, or Enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
