You'll provide first-level support for high-income clients via chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp at C6 Bank, a leading Brazilian digital bank. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and process improvements. This role is part of a diversity initiative for people with disabilities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle first-level inquiries from high-income clients
- Offer products based on client profile and needs
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support
- Classify and treat operational errors affecting clients
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related
- Experience in customer service
- Interest in commercial activities
- Availability for 24x7 6h20 shifts with alternate days off

- CPA-10 certification
- Experience with high-income clientele
- Knowledge of banking products
