You'll provide first-level support for high-income clients via chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp at C6 Bank, a leading Brazilian digital bank. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and process improvements. This role is part of a diversity initiative for people with disabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle first-level inquiries from high-income clients
  • Offer products based on client profile and needs
  • Escalate complex issues to second-level support
  • Classify and treat operational errors affecting clients

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related
  • Experience in customer service
  • Interest in commercial activities
  • Availability for 24x7 6h20 shifts with alternate days off

✨ Nice to Have

  • CPA-10 certification
  • Experience with high-income clientele
  • Knowledge of banking products
