💼 About This Role

You'll grow revenue within existing client accounts at a fast-growing commercial trade platform startup. You'll own upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and customer success to drive product adoption and retention. This role offers the chance to build the install base function as a potential future leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage contract renewals and reduce churn
• Serve as main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
• Proactively engage to ensure customers derive maximum value

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years Account Executive experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $750k - $1M+
• Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
