💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding team of a new organization incubating at Teach For All, focused on shifting first-job choices of university graduates toward proximity to social challenges. You'll build operational systems and drive coordination across three core strategy areas to enable the initiative's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and oversee operational systems, budgets, and processes for the initiative
• Coordinate cross-team alignment across three strategy leads and internal stakeholders
• Manage communications infrastructure including decks, briefs, and digital platforms
• Steer operations for the Rising Generation Collective including membership and events

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations or project management experience
• Experience building systems and processes for a new or early-stage initiative
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with digital tools including AI pilots and project management software
