In this role, you will support investment and wealth management customers by accelerating time-to-value, deepening product adoption, and driving retention. You'll leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude Code) and CS platforms (Salesforce, Pendo) to deliver scalable customer outcomes within a collaborative team-based model.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Customer Success, SaaS account management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and institutional investment lifecycle
  • Practical understanding of common investment products and security types
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS customer relationships and driving product adoption
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships to drive product adoption and satisfaction
  • Guide customers through pre-implementation readiness and onboarding
  • Develop account plans aligning product capabilities with business objectives
  • Manage renewal cycles and retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities for revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell
