You'll own the technical hiring strategy for Beacon's Murdock in-cockpit AI assistant, focusing on iOS, ML, and robotics engineers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical hiring strategy for Murdock engineering roles
• Partner with engineering leaders to refine requirements and calibrate candidates
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for critical product teams
• Synthesize interview feedback and make hiring recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups
• Demonstrated ability to source using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Track record of hiring technical talent across experience levels
• Experience recruiting for product engineering roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Proven success as a founding or early technical recruiting hire
• Hands-on experience using Ashby ATS
• Previous experience recruiting iOS, robotics, or autonomy profiles
