You'll lead the analytics strategy for a social discovery platform connecting users aged 45+. You'll shape how data drives marketing, product, and operations decisions, working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the analytics vision and road map
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional analytics team
• Analyze marketing efficiency (LTV/CAC, attribution)
• Collaborate with engineers to improve data architecture

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in data/product/marketing analytics
• Expert SQL and Python skills
• Experience building end-to-end analytics pipelines
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
