Responsibilities

  • Sell security and automation products via incoming phone calls
  • Promote products with knowledge, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Complete sales documents accurately for field teams
  • Listen to customer needs and provide consultative, persuasive sales approach
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce CRM and make outbound calls to develop customer base
