💼 About This Role

You'll conduct oversight reviews and advisory activities to support Pathward's AML compliance programs. You'll help identify compliance risks, partner with stakeholders to develop solutions, and improve controls. Your work directly enables financial inclusion for underserved communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct compliance oversight reviews of business lines and third parties
• Evaluate adequacy of internal controls and support remediation efforts
• Serve as subject matter resource on AML regulatory requirements
• Support risk assessments of new or changing products and services

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 2–4 years of related compliance, risk, audit, or financial-crime experience
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements
• Familiarity with banking products and services (e.g., payments, e-commerce, fintech)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in second line of defense within a bank, fintech, or payments
• Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor oversight
• CAMS certification or progress toward certification
