💼 About This Role

You'll join the Delivery team in Montreal as a QA specialist, ensuring seamless integration of our platform with partner airline and cruise systems. You'll design and execute test strategies for email migration to Customer.io, directly impacting user experience and revenue. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge travel technology in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute QA strategies and test plans for email migration to Customer.io
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on email templates and customer journeys
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate emails across various mail clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards

📋 Requirements

• Proven QA experience including test case design for complex web apps
• Experience testing responsive email templates built with HTML5 and CSS3
• Hands-on experience testing email campaigns and customer journeys
• Proficiency in Git and Bitbucket for version control

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Customer.io or similar engagement platforms
• Familiarity with Liquid templating for dynamic content testing
• Experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation
