You'll test pre-release mobile hardware and software in real-world transportation environments. You'll ensure top-tier data collection and device performance during field sessions in cars, buses, trains, and planes. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge mobile and location-based tech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure mobile devices to specification for field deployment
• Track inventory and stage equipment for upcoming sessions
• Run 90-minute test sessions on mobile/wearable tech in vehicles
• Monitor device connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and capture logs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of technical support experience
• 1+ year QA testing or support experience with mobile apps/devices
• Proficiency in mobile & web tech including Excel, SQL, JavaScript
• Reliable travel capability with a valid driver's license
