💼 About This Role

You'll join our Efficiency Services team within Customer Operations to drive innovation by automating internal flows. You'll serve as the technical bridge turning business needs into automated end-to-end solutions. This role offers the chance to impact a global mobility leader while working with cutting-edge No-Code and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technology projects as an internal consultant.
• Administer and optimize CRM and No-Code platforms (Zendesk, Zapier, N8N).
• Manage internal tools, ensuring proper operation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate implementation from design to production and quality control.
• Proactively identify system and process configuration improvements.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in ADE, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Solid experience in technology environments with a passion for innovation.
• Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, AWS, or ClickUp.
• Self-learning mindset with curiosity for AI and process automation.

• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with app development and system integration.
• English level B2.
