💼 About This Role

You'll own the full customer journey for Windchill implementations, from kickoff to go-live, in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work side-by-side with life sciences clients to configure solutions and ensure successful adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle Windchill implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary client liaison for complex scientific workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and risks.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of client-facing implementation experience.
• 2+ years with Windchill and Life Sciences QMS knowledge.
• Proven project management skills for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Detailed-oriented with meticulous approach to requirements gathering.

• Prior startup experience wearing multiple hats.
• Experience in regulated environments like biotech or life sciences.
