🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 5-10 BDRs to exceed pipeline goals.
- Coach reps on prospecting, messaging, and objection handling.
- Develop and iterate outbound playbooks and email templates.
- Track performance metrics and use insights to improve results.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Development or Business Development.
- 1-2 years of management experience.
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong understanding of modern outreach strategies (email, phone, video).

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
