🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 5-10 BDRs to exceed pipeline goals.
  • Coach reps on prospecting, messaging, and objection handling.
  • Develop and iterate outbound playbooks and email templates.
  • Track performance metrics and use insights to improve results.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Development or Business Development.
  • 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of modern outreach strategies (email, phone, video).

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
