You'll drive new business acquisition across the EMEA mid-market segment, managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Your core impact will be expanding market presence and helping businesses modernize how they manage global teams. You'll work within a collaborative, fully remote international culture with exposure to cross-functional teams.

  • Own full sales cycle for mid-market customers across EMEA
  • Drive new business acquisition and convert high-potential prospects
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in target organizations
  • Forecast pipeline activity and develop strategies to exceed targets

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in IT SaaS, HR tech, or related
  • Proven track record of closing B2B software deals and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling to mid-market organizations (200-2,000 employees)
  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate new business

  • Experience with device management or IAM solutions
