You'll be the boots-on-the-ground voice of quality in our fulfillment center, bridging high-level strategy with daily operations. You'll drive continuous improvement projects and empower teams to own quality and safety. This role is not a desk job—you'll be active on the warehouse floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure 'Perfect Box' standard.
• Investigate defects and complaints, perform root cause analysis.
• Lead CAPA projects to optimize fulfillment processes.
• Create quality dashboards highlighting scrap and error rates.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in QA or continuous improvement in manufacturing or fulfillment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with SQF, BRC, or ISO 9001 systems.
• Spanish language skills.
