💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale distributed, data-intensive systems powering cloud-native marketing intelligence platforms for a high-performing engineering team. Your work will ensure reliability and performance across real-time and batch data processing workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve scalable distributed system architectures on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Lead microservices development for large-scale batch and real-time data processing.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices for resilient, observable services.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering leadership on technical roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building and scaling production-grade distributed systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerized microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Ruby, or similar OOP languages.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
