🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide front desk coverage and greet employees, guests, and vendors
- Manage visitor check-in, desk assignments, and building-related matters
- Oversee office inventory, supplies, and amenity stocking
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and shipping coordination
📋 Requirements
- 1–3 years of office management, hospitality, or reception experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural warmth
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
