• Manage end-to-end customer outcomes for enterprise portfolio
• Lead relationships with customer owners and functional leads

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years total professional experience
• 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts including renewals
• English native or professional fluency
• Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors
