Description

You will own Brex's external AI ecosystem, designing integrations with third-party assistants and platforms. You'll define technical, UX, and reliability standards, build secure integration patterns, and partner cross-functionally to ensure safe and valuable integrations. Success is measured by real user trust and reliance.

Requirements

• Experience building and owning production software integrating with third-party platforms.
• Demonstrated technical ownership for user-facing products with external customers.
• Deep experience with identity, authentication, permissions, and secure data access.
• Proven ability to ship and operate reliable integrations with external APIs.
• Strong product judgment, written communication, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own Brex's MCP Apps for OpenAI, Claude, and other embedders, including roadmap decisions.
• Define technical, UX, and reliability standards for Brex surfaces in external AI ecosystems.
• Design and maintain secure, auditable integration patterns including permissions and access.
• Build and operate production-grade integrations across evolving platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with Security, Platform, Sales, and internal agent teams.
