💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end supply chain execution across assigned programs at Wayve, including prototype development and fleet launches. Your core impact is ensuring material readiness and supplier compliance to meet program milestones. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of Embodied AI technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary Supply Chain lead for assigned programs or product builds
• Own end-to-end material readiness to support program milestones
• Manage upfitter and partner relationships to ensure vehicle build timelines
• Define, track, and report supply chain KPIs including material availability and cost savings

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain program management
• Strong understanding of BOM management and material planning
• Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks (TISAX, ISO)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain

• Automotive, consumer, hardware, or robotic industry experience
• Experience with ethical sourcing requirements
