💼 About This Role

You'll own intake, triage, enablement, and service health for recruiting workflows at OpenAI. Your core impact is making recruiting tools and processes usable, well-supported, and scalable. You'll partner with People Systems to turn recurring pain points into durable improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own intake and triage for recruiting support requests.
• Design support mechanisms like queues, SLAs, and escalations.
• Own enablement for operational workflow changes.
• Support offer approval workflows with coordination and exception handling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR systems, or related roles.
• Hands-on ATS administration (Ashby preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, offers, and hiring data.
• Ability to balance detailed systems work with user support.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting global or multi-entity hiring.
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive workflows.
• Experience creating training and documentation for operational teams.
