Description

You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of ordering processes for HelloFresh markets across Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Working with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Forecasting teams, you will place and track purchase orders, manage supplier performance, and drive improvements in technology and automation.

Requirements

• At least 24 months as a Purchasing Coordinator or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
• English proficiency; European languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage category operations for inbound supply chain including supplier management, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Ensure key performance metrics like On Time In Full, Waste, ASN Compliance, and customer errors
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams for category excellence
• Define and execute audit checks for order accuracy
• Anticipate and resolve supply chain risks, raise additional purchase orders
