You'll serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical services throughout the genetic testing process. You'll address client inquiries via phone/email and coordinate communication across departments. This role offers exposure to genomics and precision medicine in a remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical customer service to support case resolution
• Answer clients' clinical questions on testing and results
• Manage routine cases and ensure escalation and follow-through
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity targets

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program
• ABGC certification or eligible for licensure
• Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office 365

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior clinical or laboratory experience
• Experience with phenotype-driven testing software
