💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Growth Marketing leaders to identify and hire top talent for roles in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth strategy, and analytics at OpenAI. You'll own end-to-end recruiting, shaping hiring strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires being on-site in San Francisco or Seattle with a hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Growth Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs across growth functions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for growth marketing roles from sourcing to offer close.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to engage top growth marketing talent.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and advise hiring managers using data and insights.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Significant experience hiring for marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles.
• Proven track record recruiting for competitive growth marketing talent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
