💼 About This Role

You'll join a global aerospace repair company and operate manual milling machines to achieve precise dimensions on turbine engine components. Your work ensures parts conform to OEM specifications for the world's leading airlines and engine manufacturers. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced machinists in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate manual milling machines to remove material to specified dimensions.
• Use inspection gauges, micrometers, and calipers to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Identify and correct machining issues related to tools, holders, and fixtures.
• Perform finishing operations such as deburring, tapping, and honing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating manual milling equipment in a job shop environment.
• 5+ years of creative problem solving on machine setups, tooling, and fixturing.
• Firm understanding of GD&T, critical dimensioning, and dimension relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of indicating fixtures and parts to achieve required runouts.

• Technical high school diploma or machinist trade school.
• Set-up experience with tooling and fixtures per technical drawings.
• Familiarity with shop math and basic trigonometry.
