Description

You will own the functional architecture and lead the transition toward an AI-augmented outbound engine, building a scalable, autonomous machine for inbound nurture and high-intent account surfacing. You will define operational standards to amplify marketing impact and drive efficiencies in go-to-market processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Marketing Operations experience and experience leading direct reports
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Gong, enrichment providers, and modern growth stack tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier/Make, Relevance AI, Hockeystack/Dreamdata)
  • Comfortable with LLM orchestration, token management, and Human-in-the-Loop QA processes
  • Rigorous about data privacy (GDPR), email deliverability, and high-quality personalization
  • Strong testing/experimentation orientation focused on measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the transition toward an AI-augmented outbound engine and automate end-to-end inbound nurture cycle
  • Design and govern AI-driven personalization logic, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows
  • Architect the tech stack for an autonomous demand engine, ensuring clean integration of CRM, MAP, and AI
  • Run controlled tests to optimize workflows and measure business impact on conversion rates and ROI
  • Socialize and scale new processes across Demand Gen and Sales teams, driving adoption of automation-first operations
