Description

You will oversee an account within our client services team, acting as a senior solution-oriented leader and key point of contact to develop effective in-store and digital campaigns. You will balance the expectations of the agency and clients, guide clients with strategy and thought leadership, and grow business by identifying additional needs.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency
• Superior professional communication and presentation skills
• Advanced client management skills, especially expanding business within existing clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Assimilate business, customer, and marketplace insights into strategies and marketing programs
• Maintain consistent communication with client teams to ensure projects are on strategy, on time, and on budget
• Guide clients with strategy, ideas, trends, and thought leadership
• Identify additional business needs and implement solutions
• Manage and grow a team as a mentor and trusted advisor
