You'll be the brand representative on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through genuine connections. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships through strong clienteling
• Execute operational tasks like stock replenishment and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week including peak days
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to follow dress code including wearing Rothy's shoes

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
