You'll join our multi-disciplinary sustainability team, collaborating on high-performance building design. You'll perform detailed energy and daylighting analyses to complement early design simulations and feedback. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of building typologies across multiple markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform building performance analysis and produce graphical results.
• Develop detailed energy and daylighting analyses.
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and code compliance.
• Research performance modeling methodologies and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with EnergyPlus/Openstudio.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE Standard 90.1 and other energy codes.

✨ Nice to Have

• LEED, CPHC/D, BEMP certification.
• Experience with net-zero energy buildings.
• Proficiency in Grasshopper, Python, or C#.
