You'll lead brand partnership development for a fast-growing influencer advertising agency, driving revenue by translating creative, social-first ideas into client wins. You'll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Finance, and the CEO. This role offers a chance to shape the agency's commercial footprint across beauty, fashion, tech, and lifestyle brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop understanding of marketplace position and partnerships.
• Build rapport with approved brands and agency partners.
• Lead creation of meeting materials and partnership strategies.
• Track activity in CRM and hit weekly outreach targets.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of tenured sales experience in advertising, media, or marketing sales.
• Existing relationships among brand and agency clients.
• Experience at a digital/social publisher or influencer agency.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and deck creation.

• Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, QSR, wellness, media, or tech categories.
• Excitement around talent-led innovation.
• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
