You'll lead Meta Ads strategy for a social discovery product targeting users 45+, scaling from web2web to web2app. You will build the paid acquisition system from scratch and mentor a User Acquisition team to drive product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up Meta Ads infrastructure for web2web and web2app traffic
• Launch first Meta Ads campaigns and validate unit economics
• Build a system for continuous testing of marketing hypotheses
• Mentor the User Acquisition team to improve performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Meta Ads for B2C SaaS products
• Managing ad budgets of $500,000/mo or more
• Data-driven approach with documented metrics for launches
